Set the "Limit" value to 1 less than your target day frequency.

For example, a habit;

• If every day is targeted, the "Limit" value should be 0.
• If it is targeted at least every 2 days, the "Limit" value should be 1.
• If it is targeted at least every 3 days, the "Limit" value should be 2.
• If it is targeted at least once a week, the "Limit" value should be 6. </aside>
